Supporting Nanny Goat Fest through made-to-order merchandise
All Nanny Goat Fest merchandise is made to order through our print partner, Printful.
Every purchase helps support the festival and the Pennsylvania Historical Marker dedication commemorating the Kensington Riots of 1844.
Because items are produced specifically for each order, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.
Section 1: Shipping
Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–7 business days before shipment.
Shipping times vary depending on product type, destination, and carrier, but most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
Please note that all items are made to order and are not kept in inventory.
Section 2: Returns
Returns & Exchanges
Because all merchandise is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or general preference changes.
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Section 3: Defects
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Please include:
• your order number
• a brief description of the issue
• clear photos of the product and defect
If your item qualifies under our print partner’s defect policy, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
